We continue to have sex even when my wife has a lover. The frequency drops significantly but, it is important to her to keep that special bond that having sex produces. I did tell her that if she wanted to be exclusive to her lover then I could live with that. She said that there may be times when she just doesn’t have the urge to be intimate with me but over the long term she didn’t want complete abstinence between us.
